Polgover Farm is a family owned working farm only four miles from Looe on the B3252. The outlook from Polgover Farm is of green fields and unspoilt countryside. The luxury spacious 6 berth caravan is situated on the farm in its own garden, with a safe grassed play and picnic area surrounded by trees. There is ample parking space around the caravan.
The caravan has main services connected, with gas cooker, water heater and a gas fire. There is a £1 meter for electricity (lighting & central heating).
There is a spacious lounge with ‘C’ shaped luxury seating area (underneath there is an extra folded double bed). There are ample floor and wall cupboards, gas fire and television. All upholstery conforms to fire safety regulations.
The dining area has half circle seating and a round table. Opposite is the kitchen which has floor and wall cupboards, worktops, and a sink with hot and cold water. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a gas cooker. The kitchen is well equipped with china, cutlery, glasses and saucepans.
 
There is a seperate flush toilet with wash hand basin.
Next door is the shower room with another wash basin, this room can be accessed from the corridor or the double bedroom.
There are two bedrooms:
The large end bedroom has a full size double with access the shower room. The second room is a twin/double bedroom.
All beds are supplied with pillows, duvets and bed linen. Personal linen is not supplied e.g. towels, tea towels, tablecloths etc.
 
The caravan is let on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Pets are most welcome provided they are kept under control. Pets must however never be left in the caravan alone. Should you book the caravan for your holiday, upon receipt of your deposit, confirmation will be sent with details on how to reach us. The final payment would be greatly appreciated if paid 28 days prior to your holiday.
